Guru’s Wrap-up
Bilt has been promising points earning on mortgage payments, but has yet to deliver. Mesa is already doing it with the opportunity to earn up to 100,000 points per year.
You need to have a mortgage for this card to make sense, and if you were thinking about it, the 50,000 points signup bonus makes it an easier decision. Just keep in mind that you need to spend at least $1,000 on other purchases each month with the card in order to earn points on mortgage payments. However, you don’t need to pay through Mesa in order to earn points.
Let me know what you think about this card! Worth it?
