Guru’s Wrap-up
JetBlue’s winter sales is a good time to start booking flights, and $49 for a flight from New York to Florida or Boston to Charleston is a pretty deal. But by excluding Fridays and Sundays, JetBlue is essentially forcing you to take a mid-week trip or a very long extended weekend. That’s not ideal for a quick getaway.
Also keep in mind that the lowest fares are for Blue Basic which do not include a checked bag unless you have Mosaic status or a JetBlue credit card. You do get a carry-on bag, in addition to a personal item.
