Hilton AI Planner
Hilton today announced its new Hilton AI Planner, a generative AI–powered digital concierge that helps travelers book their stays. The Hilton AI Planner is now in beta testing at hilton.com.
The Hilton AI Planner uses conversational intelligence to help travelers navigate every stage of the shopping journey. That includes things like identifying the right destination, comparing properties or exploring amenities. With real‑time responses and curated recommendations, the tool delivers a streamlined and improved experience compared to traditional search filters.
The tool will initially launch to a small pool of site traffic on hilton.com and eventually expand to more users as the Hilton AI Planner evolves.
The tools seems useful but I didn’t get the chance to test it out as I don’t see it on the website.
In other Hilton news, there’s another round of increased award prices and increased bonuses on all Hilton credit cards.
