Combine Marriott Free Night Awards with Up to 25K Points
Marriott Bonvoy announced today an improvement to its Free Night Awards, enabling members to use them at more properties. Starting March 12, Marriott Bonvoy members will be able to redeem up to 25,000 points (up from 15,000 points) to combine with a Free Night Award for eligible stays.
A Free Night Award can be earned through several ways:
- Select Marriott Bonvoy promotions
- Marriott Bonvoy Elite Benefits such as Annual Choice Benefit when you reach 75 Elite Night Credits
Marriott Bonvoy offers Free Night Awards capped at 35,000, 50,000 and 85,000 points. This program update allows for more flexibility in booking redemption stays. If you have a Free Night Awards capped at 50,000 points, you can now use it for a stay priced at up to 75,000 points per night.
The Marriott Bonvoy Business® Credit Card just launched today a welcome bonus for 5 Free Night Awards valued at 50,000 points each. This update makes that bonus even more valuable.
Free Night Awards can be redeemed for a complimentary one-night stay in a standard guest room at any hotel participating in Marriott Bonvoy. Certain hotels have resort fees.
