About Accor Live Limitless
Accor Live Limitless is the loyalty program for brands such as:
- Fairmont
- Sofitel
- Raffles
- Swissôtel
- Pullman
- Mövenpick
- Novotel
- Mercure
- ibis
Most of these properties are located abroad and they can offer good value for your points. Stateside the selection is more limited. Unlike many hotel loyalty programs, Accor does not use a traditional award chart and points function more like cash. They can be used to offset not only room rates but also eligible dining and other charges billed to your room.
Currently, every 2,000 ALL Reward Points can be redeemed for €40 off eligible stays and room charges, giving points a value of roughly 2 euro cents per point (approximately 2.1-2.2 cents in U.S. dollar terms, depending on exchange rates).

Is This a Good Deal?
The answer depends on how you normally redeem your Citi ThankYou Points.
At the standard transfer ratio, ALL is generally not one of Citi’s most attractive transfer partners. However, a transfer bonus can significantly improve the value proposition.
With a 50% bonus, 1,000 Citi ThankYou Points become 750 ALL Reward Points. Based on Accor’s fixed redemption value, that works out to approximately 1.6 cents per ThankYou Point, depending on exchange rates.
That’s not necessarily the highest value available from Citi points, especially compared to premium airline redemptions, but it can be a solid option for travelers who frequently stay at Accor properties and prefer a straightforward redemption process.
Guru’s Wrap-up
We see these transfer bonuses to Accor Live Limitless about once or maybe twice a year, making this a promotion worth considering if you have upcoming stays at Accor properties. The fixed-value nature of ALL points means you know exactly what you’re getting, and a transfer bonus can improve the return on your Citi ThankYou Points significantly.
That said, I generally wouldn’t transfer speculatively. Citi points can often provide greater value through airline partners, so it’s usually best to transfer only when you have a planned redemption in mind. If you regularly stay at Fairmont, Sofitel, Raffles, or other Accor brands, however, this bonus can be an easy way to save on future hotel stays.
