Citi has increased the bonus for two of its American Airlines Platinum Select credit cards. You can earn a total of 140,000 miles with both bonuses, one personal and the other business. But you can do even better with some Citi Aadvantage bonuses that are still available, for a total of 120,000 miles and $500 credit.

Eligibility
American Airlines AAdvantage® bonus miles are not available if you have had any Citi® / AAdvantage® card (personal and business cards count as separate categories) opened or closed in the past 24 months.
Guru’s Wrap-up
These are both good offers. But you can do even better if you’re willing to go for e lesser miles offer and then hope for a match from Citi. Check out these two offers that are still around:

If you ask for a match you can get an extra 20,000 miles. You could end up getting 60K miles, plus the $250 credit on each card. Citi has been pretty good at matching for higher offers, but there’s always a risk.
