Increased Bonuses for Barclays Emirates Credit Cards
Barclays and Emirates launched two new credit cards in the United States back in September of 2020.The two cards, Emirates Skywards Premium World Elite Mastercard and the Emirates Skywards Rewards World Elite Mastercard, comes with respective fees of $499 and $99 annually. With these cards you’ll also enjoy Emirates Skywards Gold or Silver membership to enrich your Emirates experience, and other benefits.
The welcome bonuses at launch were 40K and 30K Skywards Miles for each card, but have now been improved with an extra 20,000 miles while the spending requirement has stayed the same.

The bonuses are now much better at 50K for the $99 card and 60K for the $499 card. You also earn status immediately for having the card although you need to meet a spending threshold to keep status going forward ($40K and $20K annually).
