May Bilt Rent Day
The Bilt Rent Day offers for May 1, 2026, have officially been announced, and this month is all about Avios. Bilt is offering a status-based transfer bonus to three major airlines, alongside the usual Bilt Rent Day game, double points, and exclusive dining experiences.

Status-Based Avios Transfer Bonus
The headline for this Bilt Rent Day is a tiered transfer bonus to British Airways Executive Club, Iberia Plus, and Aer Lingus AerClub. Avios can be moved fairly between these programs.
The bonus is based on your Bilt status as of May 1:
- Blue: 40% bonus
- Silver: 50% bonus
- Gold: 60% bonus
- Platinum: 75% bonus
Members can redeem $150 in Bilt Cash to “level up” to the next status tier’s bonus. Platinum members who already get the maximum bonus, can use $150 in Bilt Cash to unlock a 100% transfer bonus (up to 100,000 points).
Earn Double Points
Bilt members earn double points with your Bilt card from May 1 at midnight EDT until May 2 at 2:59 a.m. EDT. This promotion only applies to non-housing purchases and limited to 1,000 bonus points.
That means that on Bilt Rent Day, you will earn:
- Bilt Blue Card: 2x points on everyday purchases, up to 1,000 bonus points
- Bilt Obsidian Card: 6x points on your selected category of dining or groceries, 4x points on trave, and 2x points on other everyday purchases, up to 1,000 bonus points
- Bilt Palladium Card: 4x points on everyday purchases, up to 1,000 bonus points
“Rent Free” Game
Members can play the game in the Bilt app to compete for a chance to have their rent paid (up to $2,500). In addition to the top 10 winners receiving free rent, hundreds of others can win bonus Bilt points.
Bilt Neighborhood Experiences
- Exclusive Dining: Bilt is offering curated tasting menus at over 40 restaurants across major cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
- Bilt Neighborhood Cafe Food Truck: Bilt members can stop by the food truck at Bilt’s York City headquarters at 837 Washington St. on May 1. between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. EDT for a complimentary temaki and green tea “yuzu-ade” from Nami Nori.
- Complimentary Fitness: On May 1, members can book free classes at SoulCycle and Barry’s studios nationwide.
- Neighborhood Comedy: Book tickets to comedy shows at 17 different venues, with prices starting at 2,000 points or $30.
- Styling Session: Enter to win a styling session with Erin Walsh in New York City. Prize includes $2,500 toward a new wardrobe, plus your hotel stay and round-trip flight to New York City.
- Rakuten: Earn 500 points for linking your Rakuten account to Bilt on May 1.
- Member Movie Screening: Bilt members can buy tickets to exclusive screenings of “The Devil Wears Prada 2” at Alamo Drafthouse theaters in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Austin for the the movie’s premiere night on May 1. Tickets cost 1,500 points per person, and you can buy up to 4 tickets per account. Ticket includs admission to the screening, plus food and beverages. Tickets go on sale April 28 at 11:50 a.m. EDT for Platinum and Gold Bilt members and 120 minutes later for everyone else.
