The offer is targeted but most likely you have it somewhere if you have a few cards. I have it in two cards. If you have it in more than one card, then you can split payment to apply to larger purchases.

Stack With Plenti Offer

Plenti also has a Rite Aid offer that should stack if you present your card. Earn 1000 points after you spend $30 on eligible purchases in a single transaction at Rite Aid or riteaid.com. Limit 1 offer redemption per member. The Plenti offer expires on 02/01/2016 at 11:59 PM. Make sure to activate the offer before purchasing.

So if you split a $30 purchase between two Amex cards that have the offer, you should get $10 back in statement credits and 1000 Plenti points, worth about $10.
