Wyndham Timeshare Offer
Wyndham has a new timeshare offer for Wyndham Rewards members, offering a cheap three night stay and bonus points. These 3-night stays can easy cost between $500 and $1,000, but you will pay just $199. On top of that, you receive 60,000 Wyndham Rewards points.
We see these Club Wyndham offers from time to time, and you can often negotiate something better. There’s a small catch however, a timeshare presentation that you must attend. Let’s see how this offer works and how to possibly get a better bonus. You can also check out my experience in Las Vegas with a similar offer from Marriott Vacation Club.

Wyndham Timeshare Offer: Guru’s Wrap-up
This is one of the better Wyndham timeshare presentation offers. With this current promotion, you pay $199 for a three-night stay and receive 60,000 Wyndham Rewards points in return.
Our average valuation for Wyndham points is 0.8 cents each, making that bonus worth those points are valued at roughly $480. So just that bonus alone is getting you more than double of the cost of the 3-night stay. That means that even a staycation is worth it if you value Wyndham Rewards. If you’re looking for a cheap vacation, then it’s an even better deal. Depending on your dates, these properties can retail for $200 to $300 per night, providing significant savings.
The catch, of course, is the mandatory two-hour Club Wyndham sales pitch. While they cannot force you to buy anything, these presentations are designed to be highly persuasive. If you aren’t comfortable firmly and repeatedly saying “no,” this offer might not be for you. However, for those who have done this before or are confident they can get through the two hours, it is a great way to score a free vacation at popular destinations across the country.
One final word of advice: if you are actually in the market to buy a timeshare, you will find much better pricing on the resale market rather than buying direct. I generally don’t recommend timeshares as an investment, but you should always run the numbers, factor in the long-term costs, and decide based on your own unique travel needs.
