Wyndham Cardholders Will No Longer Be Able to Match Status to Caesars Rewards

Wyndham Cardholders Can No Longer Match Status to Caesars Rewards

🔃 Update: Wyndham cardholders are now receiving emails notifying them of this change.

Wyndham Rewards has announced a negative change for cardholders looking to match their status to Caesars Rewards. The change goes into effect on February 1st, and it affects primarily Wyndham Rewards Earner® Business cardholders who get Diamond status.

Additionally, the amount of points that you can transfer annually will be cut in half, starting on January 1st. You can see the announcement here. This is Canadian website though, and the US version doesn’t mention any upcoming changes.

Status Match Changes

Beginning February 1, 2025, Wyndham Rewards cardholders will no longer be able to match their Wyndham Rewards PLATINUM and DIAMOND Member Level obtained as a result of being a cardholder (as opposed to earning their member level through stays) into the Caesars Rewards program.

Points Transfers

Beginning January 1, 2025, the Caesars Rewards points transfer maximum will be adjusted to 30,000 points per calendar year. The points transfer ratio for Wyndham Rewards points to Caesars Rewards points will continue to be 1:1.
