Thomas Cook Airlines Unveils Economy Lie-Flat Beds

Thomas Cook Airlines has unveiled a new lie flat option… in economy class. You can buy a row of three economy seats that can be converted into a bed. These are called ‘sleeper seats’ and consist of a mattress which lies across a row of seats to convert them into a lie-down bed. It comes with a fitted sheet, a head rest, pillow, blanket and amenity kit. It’s available for adults and children 12 years and older, though the airline says that you would comfortably fit on the bed if you’re under 180cm (5’9″).
