This offer makes sense only for the REDcard debit card. You don’t usually see a bonus for that card and it’s also a good option to get 5% discounts on your Target purchases now that REDbird has been discontinued. Usually we see an offer for $25 off $100 only, so this is much better if you were planning to get a Target REDcard.
