This is probably the best Visa Gift Card deal we have seen. With the new limit of 8, you can purchase $1,600 in Visa gift cards per day. You can do that at multiple stores daily. So you can easily rack up rewards if you have multiple locations nearby. Plus there’s no rebates and waiting for a gift card in the mail. Some stores might even let you make multiple purchases of 5 cards.

For every $200 Visa gift card you buy, you can earn 1,000 Chase UR points if you’re using your Chase Ink Plus/Cash card. With the Amex SimplyCash Plus card you get $10. So that’s 8,000 UR or $80 if you buy the limit of 8 cards.

How To Liquidate Gift Cards

Visa gift cards can be liquidated by buying money orders at Walmart or at various grocery stores and other locations. The PIN is already set as the last 4 digits of the card number. They can also be used for bill pay at Walmart and Kmart if you have any locations nearby. You should also look at your insurances, or other big expenses and see if they allow you to make multiple payments.

If everything else fails, you can always use them everywhere Visa is accepted and you’re still earning 5X on every purchase.

This one is probably the best promotion we see at Staples, as it involves Visa gift cards. I would suggest going to your nearest location early on Sunday because stock runs out quickly. That’s especially true now that they have run continuous promotions almost every week.

With the new limit of 8, is now easier to make larger purchases at the same store. And remember, this only applies to $200 Visa gift cards. Some Staples stores also carry variable load Visa gift cards (up to $500) with a $5.95 fee, but those cards are not eligible for the promotion.
