Stacking Amex Resy Credits
Thanks to the American Express and Resy partnership, there are several credit cards that offer Resy credits. Maximizing these credits is not always the easiest feat, especially when we’re talking about $10 every month.
Amex credit cards that offer Resy credits include:
- Platinum Card: $100 every quarter
- Gold Card: $50 every six months
- Delta Reserve: $20 monthly
- Delta Reserve Business: $20 monthly
- Delta Platinum: $10 monthly
- Delta Platinum Business: $10 monthly
Surely you can just dine at a Resy restaurant, and save $10, $50, or $100 on your bill. But how can you maximize these credits if you have multiple cards, or stack the monthly credits on the same card and using them all at once.
Many restaurants sell gift cards online and some of those purchases will trigger the Resy credit. These are restaurants are on Resy and also sell gift cards mainly through Toast and some other services. And to make things easier, there’s also a map that will show you most of the eligible restaurants.
So you can go online, purchase a $10 or $20 e-gift card, and add to it for a few months. You can also add to your balance using multiple cards. Once you have enough for a nice dinner, you can go and enjoy a night out at your favorite Resy spot.
