To ensure you have uninterrupted use of your card and the ability to continue to earn rewards, we’ve changed your card to a Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Mastercard®. Your new card is designed to reward everyday spending with flexibility and the opportunity to earn more cash back in the category of your choice — including travel.

What you can expect

• We’re mailing you a new card to replace your existing one, along with additional important details. Please continue using your current card until the new one arrives and remember to destroy your existing card once you activate the new one.

What’s staying the same

• Your account number, APR, and credit line will not change.
• No foreign transaction fees will continue to apply.
• Your account balance and transaction history will automatically transfer.
• You still have access to all the same Online and Mobile banking features through the Bank of America Mobile Banking app.

What’s changing

• Your expiration date or CVV security code may change on your new card — please be sure to update merchants with recurring charges and your digital wallet(s), if needed.
• Spirit points earned on transactions posted after April 28 will automatically convert into cash rewards.
• Your new Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards credit card won’t have an annual fee.
• Some benefits will change — full details are included in the benefits guide sent with your new card.

With your new card you’ll earn cash back on your everyday purchases and maximize your rewards by choosing which category you want to earn 3% cash back in – like travel. For frequent travelers, selecting Travel as your 3% choice category helps you earn more on flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel agencies — without an annual fee.
