The “2026 Flash Sale” is available at participating IHG properties across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The discount structure is tiered based on your membership status:
- IHG One Rewards Members: Save 25% off the Best Flexible Rate.
- Non-Members: Save 20% off the Best Flexible Rate.

To take advantage of these rates, you must book between February 17, 2026, and February 26, 2026. The eligible stay window runs through April 30, 2026.
Important Terms
- The ‘2026 Flash Sale Promotional Offer’ is a valid discount off participating hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR), as determined by the participating hotel in its sole discretion, the BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate.
- Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability.
- Promotional Rate is non-transferable and has no cash value. Promotional Rate is not applicable to group bookings. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fee.
- IHG® Army Hotels and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the ‘2026 Flash Sale Promotional Offer’.
- Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in date.
- No deposit is required for bookings made more than 7 days of arrival.
- Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival require one night deposit.
- One night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
- If you do not arrive at your hotel to check in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund.
- For hotels in the state of California only: (IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members) can cancel a reservation for hotel accommodation within 24-hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72-hours or more before the time of check-in.
