The offer is probably targeted. I have it on both my Business Platinum and Gold cards.
Saks Fifth Avenue gift cards sell for 84.5% so that will make you a $2 profit, if you value the 6400 MR points at just 1 cent. Most realistic value would be close to $100.
You can also try going thorough a cash back portal, although most likely they won’t pay out on Saks gift cards. BeFrugal is offering 11% and TopCashBack is offering 10%. Let me know if you have any past experience with Saks Fifth Avenue gift cards.
