Robinhood, the California-based brokerage app best known for free stock trading, is adding more free cryptocurrency trading. They already added a cryptocurrency wallet earlier this year supporting bitcoin and ethereum. Now, the company said on Thursday it is expanding Robinhood Crypto, enabling trading of two new cryptos: bitcoin cash and litecoin. Its its crypto trading service is only available in 17 U.S. states.
They already have more than 5 million U.S. consumers using its free stock-trading platform. You also get a free stock when you sign up.
