Rakuten has an increased its cashback rates for Dell purchases once again. You can now earn 15% cash back or 15X Amex/Bilt points on Dell purchases if you shop through Rakuten. You can earn a as well if you don’t have an account.
This time around you will earn 15X on all purchases:

- Laptops 15%
- Desktops 15%
