Rakuten Card Targeted Offer for $60 Credit
Some Rakuten Card from American Express cardholders are being targeted for a new spending offer that can earn up to $60 in statement credits this month.
According to the email, eligible cardholders can:
- Make 5 qualifying purchases and earn a $25 statement credit, or
- Make 10 qualifying purchases and earn a $60 statement credit.
No enrollment is required. The statement credit will be applied automatically if you qualify. Qualifying purchases must be at least $5 each. If you have the Rakuten Card, check your email to see if you were targeted.

- Promotion period: July 1 – July 31, 2026
- Cash advances, balance transfers, cash equivalents, and similar transactions do not qualify
- Statement credit may take up to 90 days after July 31 to post

The Rakuten Card doesn’t get much attention these days, so it’s nice to see Amex sending out targeted spending offers. If you have the card, it’s worth checking your inbox—you may be able to earn an easy statement credit with purchases you were already planning to make.
