Opto Shutting Down
Opto is shutting down. They sent out the following email to existing customers:
Dear Customer,
It’s time for us to bring the Opto adventure to a close. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to end our journey and will be ceasing operations on 31 March 2026. This marks the conclusion of our journey together, and while it is with sadness that we close this chapter, we remain deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.
Funds have to be transferred out/the account converted to an account direct with Alpaca by 2/27/26.
