They Signed Up for Citi’s New Premium Card. It Turned Into a Nightmare

Across the country, Citi Strata Elite customers say they have been locked out of their accounts for weeks, unable to make purchases or redeem rewards that cost an annual fee of $595. To unlock the cards and rewards, the bank is requiring customers to submit an income-verification form from the Internal Revenue Service.

Book Now: Wyndham Rewards is Doubling Award Pricing at 39 Properties on October 17

On October 17, 2025, Wyndham Rewards will increase award pricing at 39 Wyndham Vacation Club properties. Both “Go Free” free nights and “Go Fast” points + cash bookings will increase. Pricing will double from 7,500 to 15,000 per night or from 15,000 to 30,000 points per night.

American Express Canada Adds Limits To Lounge Access (Priority Pass/Plaza Premium)

American Express Canada has announced that starting on January 1, 2027 Platinum cardholders will no longer have unlimited access to Plaza Premium & Priority Pass lounges. Cardholders will receive 6 visits per calendar year to each network (6 Plaza Premium & 6 Priority Pass). This isn’t the first time we’ve seen American Express add lounge limits internationally with Spain adding a 20 visit limit and Germany adding a 50 visit limit.
