Lowe’s gift card will be delivered as a physical card by mail OR a virtual gift card by e-mail. These offers are typically only valid in areas where Menards has a presence.

Guru’s Wrap-Up
This Lowe’s 11 Rebate comes around every few months and it’s worth waiting for it if you have any big purchases planned. Gift cards are excluded. Home Depot usually matches this rebate from Lowe’s, but they haven’t released their form yet.
