LivSmart Studios by Hilton
Hilton today announced LivSmart Studios by Hilton as the official name of its new studio apartment-style, extended-stay hotel brand.
The new brand was already revealed earlier this year under the working title Project H3.
LivSmart Studios already has 350 deals in various stages of negotiation with developers in just six months since the brand was first announced. In fact, construction in Kokomo, Ind. broke ground about a month ago, marking the first hotel under construction for the LivSmart Studios brand. The property is expected to open by late summer of 2024.
