Kroger Gift Card Deal Start Today, Earn 4X Fuel Points On Visa, Mastercard and More

Kroger and its affiliated stores are offering 4x fuel points on third party gift card purchases and Visa and Mastercard cards. It starts today and runs through the weekend. There’s also a 10% discount coupon that’s still available, although it doesn’t work on gift cards.

These are two separate offers that you need to load to your cards online.

  • Get 4x FUEL Points when you buy a $25, $50 or $100 Mastercard or Visa gift card. Expires 2/3/2019.
  • Get 4x FUEL Points when you buy a participating gift card. Expires 2/3/2019.

Also check out these two deals I wrote about recently.

You can see see and load coupon in your account here.

Guru’s Wrap-Up

This is a good opportunity to earn fuel points, especially with the Visa and Mastercard offer. Better to go early, before stock runs out. Don’t forget to add the offers to your card first. Also make sure you use a Discover Card this quarter or a credit card that earns most points at supermarkets and grocery stores.

  1. happy data point…. 4x works on gc purchases via Kroger gc (gcmall) interface — including for this promo, the $200 vgc. (I finally got an on-line Kroger gc purchase to work, thanks to intervention from a “compliance” level assistant… Will remember this next time I encounter cancel notices saying “for security reasons, we can’t tell you what the problem is” — nor can we help)

      • wish I could say for sure. The rep. (at the “compliance” level) did review my most recent transaction attempts, then noted that all my submitted info had matched, (mail & email addresses, credit card #’s, etc.) While I didn’t learn just what the problem had been, something apparently was marked as “ok” — and the compliance rep. kindly invited me to call back if any problems recurred. Whatever he did, it’s worked (so far). fwliw, the “success” occurred when logging in as a guest. (and entering Kroger # manually.)
