Kroger and its affiliated stores are offering 4x fuel points on purchases of fixed value Visa and Mastercard gift cards, or other third party cards. Fuel points are a great way to save on gas for people who drive. Plus you can earn credit card rewards, or use any of the many limited time benefits that credit card issuers have currently added to their products.

- Get 4x FUEL Points when you buy a $25, $50 or $100 Mastercard or Visa gift card. Valid until 6/23.

This is a good opportunity to earn fuel points, especially with the Visa and Mastercard offer. Better to go early, before stock runs out. Don’t forget to use a credit card that earns most points at supermarkets and grocery stores to get as much as 6% back. And now you have even more option, as many issuers have improved earning on groceries. Chase Freedom earns 5% this quarter. American Express has introduced many new limited time offers, Chase cards now earn up to 5X on groceries, and so does the Citi Prestige. And if you have the Citi Prestige card, or Chase Sapphire Reserve, supermarket purchases count towards the travel credit. CSR now lets you redeem points for these purchases at 1.5c as well.
