
JetBlue Rebrands Paisly to TrueBlue Travel
JetBlue has launched a new travel booking platform called TrueBlue Travel, replacing the former Paisly by JetBlue website and adding more features. The change makes sense as the TrueBlue name is easily recognizable and relatable to JetBlue.
The platform makes it even easier for members to plan and book every part of their trip, whether they’re flying with JetBlue or not, while maximizing the value of their rewards. TrueBlue points can now be redeemed for JetBlue flights, flight + hotel packages, as well as hotel stays and car rentals booked through TrueBlue Travel.

To celebrate the launch, members can earn 2X Tiles on cars and hotels booked through TrueBlue Travel between August 5 and August 8, 2025, for travel completed by November 30, 2025.
TrueBlue Travel offers a full-service booking experience that extends beyond flights, with options to book hotels, vacation rentals, car rentals, activities, theme park tickets and travel bags, whether or not customers are flying with JetBlue. Members earn points and tiles on every eligible purchase and can now redeem points for hotel stays and car rentals. While sign-in isn’t required, logging in with a TrueBlue account or linking an upcoming flight unlocks additional savings and tailored offers.
How to earn points & tiles with TrueBlue Travel
Car Rentals
- All TrueBlue members: 100X points (200 for Mosaics) per day, up to 5 days
- All TrueBlue members: 1 Tile per eligible $100 spent on pre-tax purchase price
- Cardmembers:
- JetBlue Card: 3x
- JetBlue Plus Card: 6x
- JetBlue Premier Card: 6x (select locations)
Points and tiles will post 2 weeks after completed travel on average, but can take up to 45 days.
Hotel Stays
- All TrueBlue members: 1X point per eligible $1 spent on pre-tax purchase price
- All TrueBlue members: 1 Tile per eligible $100 spent on pre-tax purchase price
- Cardmembers:
- JetBlue Card: 3x
- JetBlue Plus Card: 6x
- JetBlue Premier Card: 6x
Points and tiles will post 4 days after completed travel on average, but can take up to 7 days.
Activities
