Delta has added Jet Airways to its list of partners, soon after dropping Alaska Airlines. Jet Airlines is not a household name in the US but it has lots of coverage throughout India, the Middle East and South Asia.
What’s even more interesting, Jet Airways has been added as a Group 1 Partner Airline, meaning that SkyMiles members will earn full Medallion Qualification Miles (MQM), earn Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQD), Medallion Mileage Bonus and up to 200% class of service bonus for first-class flights.
Unfortunately, you still can’t redeem SkyMiles for Jet Airways flights.
