Important Terms
- Offer valid for stays at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts properties in the US, Canada, Mexico and Caribbean.

- Excludes Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas, The Palazzo® at the Venetian® Resort Las Vegas, IHG® Army Hotels, and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts.
- Not valid for gift cards, reservations partially paid for with IHG One Rewards points, and purchase of IHG One Reward points.
- Qualifying purchase means a purchase at a participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts property made during the offer period with your enrolled American Express Card and which is in an amount totaling at least $250 USD as posted to your account, following conversion from a foreign currency, if applicable, in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement.
