Eligibility

Fees

Both checking accounts required for the bonuses come with monthly fees:

• The Freedom Checking account has a $10 monthly fee. Waived with a balance of $1,000 in the account.
• The High Interest Checking Account has a $20 monthly fee. Waived with a balance of $5,000 in the account.

Savings account doesn’t have any monthly fees.

If your new checking account is closed within the first six months, the earned bonus will be deducted at account closing.

This IBERIABANK bonus is better this time around. You can still get up to $400 for the checking account, but you can also earn $200 more if you open a Savings account. You do need to maintain a balance of $15,000 for 90 days. The account itself earn only 0.05% APY. But it works out to an extra 5.33% APY if you keep the money in the account for 90 days exactly, which is probably better that what you’re earning with other savings or money market accounts.
