Marriott Homes & Villas Promo: Earn Up to 10K Bonus Points
Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy has launched a new promotion that gives members 2,000 bonus points per night, with up to 10,000 bonus points per qualifying stay.
The offer is valid for stays of at least two nights, but there’s also a relatively high $1,500 minimum spend requirement. Members need to register and book by October 1, 2026, for stays completed by December 31, 2026.
Offer Details
Register and book an eligible Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stay by October 1, 2026, and earn:
- 4,000 bonus points for a 2-night stay
- 6,000 bonus points for a 3-night stay
- 8,000 bonus points for a 4-night stay
- 10,000 bonus points for a stay of 5 nights or more
Qualifying stays must take place between August 21 and December 31, 2026 and cost at least $1,500 before taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits and other excluded charges.
Important Terms
- Registration is required by October 1, and the reservation must also be booked by that date directly through Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.
- Only paid stays qualify. Award stays where Marriott points are used for some or all of the reservation are excluded.
- Members continue to earn the normal 5 Marriott Bonvoy points per dollar on qualifying Homes & Villas charges, plus any applicable elite bonus points, in addition to the promotional bonus.
- Marriott-branded hotels, branded residences and Marriott Executive Apartments do not qualify, and bookings made through third-party sites are excluded.
- Bonus points post within 72 hours after completing the stay, provided the correct Bonvoy account number was included with the booking.

This isn’t a huge bonus considering the $1,500 minimum spend, but it’s worth registering if you already have an eligible Homes & Villas stay planned.
