Amazon is targeting some Fire TV customers with an offer to make an easy $10. You just need to launch Netflix to get a $10 in Amazon credit. The offer was sent by email.
Here’s what the email says:
Dear Amazon Customer,
Thank you for using Netflix on your Amazon Fire TV device. Your Amazon account has been credited $10.00.
Your credit is redeemable on products sold by Amazon.com or Amazon Digital Services LLC and will be automatically applied to eligible purchases at checkout. Your credit expires 11:59 p.m. (PT) February 28, 2019.

Looks like you don’t need to sign up for Netflix at all. Just launch the app and you should be credited $10. You must have received the offer directly from Amazon to qualify.
