Also try a cash back portal. Ibotta has tracked my gift card purchases with 2% cash back on eBay, and Mr.Rebates is offering 1% back and has also tracked for me recently. It still doesn’t guarantee a payout, but it’s possible.

Keep in mind that Ebay Bucks can no longer be earned on any Gift Card purchases.
