Citi Spending Offers, Earn 4x Extra Points on Select Categories

Citi is targeting many cardholders with offers to earn extra points or cashback with their credit cards. These offers were recently sent out by email or regular mail, and seem to target many Citi credit cards such as Custom Cash, Double Cash, AAdvantage Platinum and possibly others. Check out the details below.

Offer

Earn extra when you use your Citi card. Here’s how:

1. Activate by 07/15/2022 and spend on eligible purchases with your Citi card upon enrollment through 08/31/2022.
2. Earn an additional 4 points per $1 spent, up to 2,500 points on eligible purchases. Categories vary by card, but might include:
   • Grocery Stores
   • Travel (including gas)
   • Hardware Stores, Home Improvement Stores, Lawn & Garden Supply Stores, Home Furnishing Stores
   • Online purchases

Guru’s Wrap-up
