Via, a ride sharing service, has a promotion this weekend offering $5 rides in Manhattan. You can ride for just $5 from 7pm to 2am anywhere in Manhattan below 59th street all weekend long. They’ll also have Via representatives around the city, and if you spot one of them you can get some limited-edition Via swag and $5 of Ride Credit if you show your Via app.

First of all check their coverage area here to see if it makes sense for you. They are only available a few cities, but at least they started covering all of NYC recently. A decent offer, but only available in Manhattan for the pride parade. It’s worth signing up if you’re in their coverage area, which is really small for now. I often find them to be much cheaper than Uber or Lyft in NYC.
