Capital One announced recently that its Venture miles could be transferred to airline partners. But just days after, they lowered the bonus for the Capital One Venture Card. The bonus was at 75,000 Miles, but now you will only earn 50,000 Miles if you sign up.

• Earn 50,000 bonus miles once you spend $3,000 on purchases within the first 3 months from account opening

That bonus is now worth $500 in travel expenses or up to 37,500 airline miles.
