Burger King has a new promotion that can get you a free Whopper. The food chain has announced a new TV ad that will get you your free burger. Starting April 23, if you see the Burger King commercial on your TV screen, scan the QR code with your phone, and you’ll get a free Whopper with your next Burger King app purchase.

The commercial looks like this, but you will need to scan the QR code on an actual TV commercial, noty the YouTube video.

Once you scan the QR code you need to redeem the free Whopper via a non-delivery order on the BK app. You also need to make a purchase in order to get the free Whopper, but any purchase will do, such a side of fries maybe. Burger King is only giving away 10,000 free Whoppers through this promotion. So if you get a code, use it quickly.

The spots will run nationally today on major broadcast and cable networks in the United States, but Burger King doesn’t say exactly when. So you just need to sit there and watch TV.
