PayPal Digital Gifts on eBay is offering a  $15 eBay Code when you purchase a $150 Best Buy gift card. That works out to a discount of 9%. The codes are emailed within a few hours of purchase but they usually arrive faster than that. Savings code expires and must be redeemed by 7/1/2018.

Not the best deal since discount is only 9% and savings code expires on 7/1. Keep in mind that you can no longer earn 5X with Chase Ink cards but this quarter you can earn 5X with a Chase Freedom card through PayPal.
