
Amex Sending Out Error Emails for Past FHR Stays
I received a weird email today from AMEX Reservations Support. It was a welcome email for a stay at The Bellevue Hotel – The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, booked through FHR.
I already stayed at that property a few months ago, so I thought I had booked it again by mistake. Then I took a better look at the email and it is a welcome message about a one-night stay from Nov 2-3, 2025.
I shared the screenshot in our Facebook Group and two more people report receiving similar emails today.
