Amex Ending Personal Card Annual Credit for Corporate Cardholders?

Last year, American Express stopped allowing new enrollments in the Corporate Advantage Program for personal cards. However, existing cardholders who were already enrolled were allowed to continue receiving their Personal Card Annual Credit.

Now there are reports on Reddit suggesting that the program may be getting discontinued entirely, including for people who were grandfathered in and still receiving benefits.

The Amex Corporate Advantage Program has long offered perks for eligible corporate card holders who also carried consumer Amex cards. Depending on the card product, benefits included statement credits on cards like the Amex Gold, Platinum, and Green Card.

The redditor reports seeing the following notification in the At Work dashboard for the company’s corporate card account:

At this point, there has been no official announcement from American Express regarding a full shutdown of the Corporate Advantage Program. But based on this report, it looks like cardmembers will be notified on June 2nd and Personal Card Annual Credits will continue through September 30, 2027.
