The Blue for Business Credit Card from American Express is a no fee card that earn Membership Rewards. However is does not let you transfer these points to travel partners so you will need to have another MR card in order to take advantage of the value of MR points.
Right now the card has an increased offer till 02/01/2017 02/22/2017 that will give you 10X points at U.S. restaurants for the first six months, on up to $2,000 in purchases. That’s besides the normal 10K sign up bonus. You’ll also get 2 MR on all purchases for the first year. Here’s the full sign up bonus:

- 10K MR Points after first purchase within first 3 months
- 2X MR Points on all qualifying purchases on the first $50,000 for the first year
After that first year, it will earn just one point per dollar, but the card also has a 30% annual points bonus based on the past year’s purchases on your Blue for Business Card. I believe this 30% bonus will be just an extra 0.3% back on all your purchases for the first year, making this a pretty good card initially, earning 2.3% MR points per dollar (1.3X the following years). That will be a total of 33K MR points if you max out the restaurant cash back offer.
