American Express Blue Cash Preferred Increases Disney Streaming Credit
Starting today on August 1, American Express is increasing the statement credit amount that Blue Cash Preferred® Card Members can earn after making qualifying purchases with Disney from $84 to $120 back annually.
With the benefit enhancement, enrolled Blue Cash Preferred Card Members will be able to earn up to $10 back per month after purchasing a subscription or bundle subscription on DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com, or Plus.espn.com U.S. websites.

The statement credit benefit is in addition to the unlimited 6% cash back Blue Cash Preferred® Card Members earn after purchasing select U.S. streaming subscriptions with their Card, including subscriptions or bundle subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.

Card members can visit their Benefits Dashboard to enroll and learn more about the $120 Disney Streaming Credit. Enrolled card members will begin to see this credit for transactions made as of August 1, 2025.

Blue Cash Everyday® enrolled Card Members will also be able to enjoy an enhanced Disney Streaming Credit, with the removal of the monthly spend threshold so that enrolled Card Members can earn up to $7, regardless of how much or how little you spend on subscriptions or bundle subscriptions purchased on DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com, or Plus.espn.com U.S. websites. The Blue Cash Everyday Disney Streaming Credit will remain at $84 back.
