During the “New Year’s Bonus” offer, which runs from 1/2/19 through 1/10/19 at 11:59:59 pm ET, you can earn a one-time bonus of up to 1,000 AAdvantage miles on qualifying purchases, in addition to the standard AAdvantage miles earned from shopping online through the AAdvantage eShopping mall. This is a tiered offer.

A good offer that will get you an extra 1,000 miles if you spend $300 and that’s on top of the rates that AAdvantage eShopping already gives you. That’s 3.3X more, but still check other portals to make sure you are getting the best deal.
