Amazon Prime Members Can Save 20¢ Per Gallon Every Friday Through January

Amazon Prime Fuel Up Fridays: Save 20¢ Per Gallon

This article contains Amazon affiliate links.

Amazon is bringing back Fuel Up Fridays for Prime members, doubling its regular fuel savings at participating gas stations for a limited time.

Starting October 2 through January 29, Prime members can save a total of 20 cents per gallon every Friday on one qualifying fuel purchase at participating bp, Amoco, ampm and Thorntons locations.

Prime members already receive 10 cents off per gallon year-round at more than 7,500 participating locations, so the Friday promotion adds another 10 cents in savings during the offer period. If you don’t have Amazon Prime yet, sign up now to take advantage of this deal and the upcoming Prime Big Deal Days event. Also check if you qualify for 6 months of free Amazon Prime.

How It Works

To activate the $0.10 per gallon savings, Prime members can visit the Amazon Fuel page. The offer only needs to be activated once—all that customers need to enjoy these fuel savings is a Prime membership and a free earnify account with bp. Activating the offer will connect a member’s Amazon account and earnify account. Members can then use the free earnify app store locator to find the nearest bp, Amoco, or participating Thorntons and ampm locations.

They can simply begin redeeming at the pump by inputting their phone number or linked payment method. Alternatively, members can redeem at the pump with the free earnify app by selecting their location and the pump they are using. And with earnify, Prime members can find even more ways to save on fuel or in-store.

Starting October 2 through January 29, members can save a total of $0.20 per gallon on one fuel purchase made each Friday at participating locations. That’s double the everyday savings available to Prime members. Remember, if you live in the same household as another Prime member, you can also share a broad range of Prime benefits and offers, including fuel savings, at no additional cost with Amazon Family. That means that households can double their fuel savings when they make two separate fuel transactions.
