Alaska Mileage Plan Dining, 1K Miles Signup Bonus & Up to 5X at Restaurants

Alaska Airlines has a Mileage Plan Dining program that lets you earn Alaska Airlines miles when you dine out and use a registered card. Right now you can earn 1,000 miles when you sign up and spend $30 or more and then earn up to 5X on dining after that. Let’s see the details of the offer and how the program works.

For a limited time, join Mileage Plan Dining and earn 1,000 bonus miles — in addition to earning miles for every dollar spent at participating restaurants, bars and clubs.

Create your online account by linking your credit and/or debit cards. Then, within the first 30 days:

1. Dine at a participating restaurant.
2. Spend $30 or more.
3. Complete an online review.
4. Earn 1,000 bonus miles.

This bonus offer is open to all new Mileage Plan™ Dining members without a web profile. To qualify, you must (i) set up an online account and link a valid credit and/or debit card by January 31, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, (ii) spend at least $30 (including tax and tip) in one dine at any participating restaurant, bar, or club within 30 days of creating your Mileage Plan Dining web account, (iii) pay the check with a credit and/or debit card linked to your Mileage Plan Dining account, (iv) remain opted in to receive emails from Mileage Plan Dining with a valid, deliverable email address, and (v) complete an online review of the restaurant, bar, or club within 30 days of your visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, if you created your account between February 15, 2020, and August 30, 2020, the 30-day period to earn this bonus, described in (ii) above, was extended so you would have received 90 days to earn this bonus, with all other terms remaining the same.

Earn Up to 5X on Dining

What’s great about these programs is that you can stack the miles earning with the rewards from the credit card you use. With Mileage Plan Dining you earn:

• Basic members earn 1 Mileage Plan mile per two dollars spent if you elect to not receive email communications from Mileage Plan Dining.
• Select members earn 3 miles per dollar spent if you elect to receive email communications from Mileage Plan Dining.
• VIP members earn 5 miles per dollar spent if you elect to receive email communications from Mileage Plan Dining and have already completed 11 qualified transactions in the calendar year.
