The United Club Infinite Card has a $525 annual fee. It is not waived the first year and will be applied to your first billing statement.
The card has some added benefits compared to the old United Club card. But it also comes with a big $525 annual fee. Not sure if the benefits are enough to offset the annual fee, but with a big welcome bonus of 100,000 points it could make sense. This is not the best timing to launch an airline card though. United has made huge cuts to its schedule and there are travel restrictions worldwide due to coronavirus.
