  1. My experience with them has been less than stellar. They do drain (yay!) in the newest self-checkout lanes at Home Depot. However, another one (Happy Student) didn’t work at JCPenney a week after getting it, whether they punched in the balance or not… and after sitting unused in my wallet for a couple months, no longer works in-store at all (so unless I generate an MPX GC for the remainder on a higher amount, or get something for the exact amount left, I’ll never be able to drain it).
