Kona Class Action Settlement

Plaintiffs brought this lawsuit on behalf of all other consumers who similarly purchased Kona Beers during the time period of February 28, 2013 through June 14, 2019 (“Class Members”). This lawsuit alleges that Kona Beers were deceptively advertised as being brewed in Hawaii when they are actually brewed in the continental United States.

The Court has not determined which side is right. Rather, the Parties have agreed to settle the lawsuit to avoid the uncertainties, expenses and expenditure of resources associated with ongoing litigation.
