Today is July 21, and we’re celebrating yet another national holiday. It’s National Ice Cream Day and businesses across the country are giving away freebies and discounts. For history buffs, the day became official 35 years ago when President Ronald Reagan declared the third Sunday of July as National Ice Cream Day and the month of July as National Ice Cream Month.
